Shipping Cost

We currently offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Once tracking information becomes available, you may receive an email with your tracking details.

Order Fulfillment

FurFlush works with third-party fulfillment partners and suppliers to process and ship orders. Because products may be shipped directly from a fulfillment partner, packaging and shipping carriers may vary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at noahhamps@icloud.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us at noahhamps@icloud.com with your order information so we can review the issue.
